Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S.
Next Day Express Shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) with Next Day Express will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.
Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
Return Policy:
We want you to love NutraBites. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned, even if opened or partially used.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
